Dental Practice HR Risk Management 101: Best Practices for Staff Recruitment, Conflicts, Performance Management, and Termination

About this Seminar

Dental schools don’t spend time teaching you how to effectively manage the human resources risks that can make or break the success of your practice. Join a corporate lawyer who trains dental professionals to learn about practical, low-cost and easy to implement processes, best practices and strategies to successfully risk manage HR issues.

This presentation helps dentists and dental office managers prevent time-consuming, costly and hard to manage hiring, performance management, termination and staff complaint risks.  Participants will learn how to be more proactive and use forms, policies, contracts and conflict management practices to prevent common dental practice nightmares.
