Newfoundland & Labrador Dental Association (NLDA) is very excited to be hosting the National Convention again in 2025. This will be our fourth time hosting this convention and we want to give everyone a glimpse of what to expect.
Our CE committee is bringing over 30 CE courses from world-class speakers. We will have over 140 exhibits for you to visit and see new cutting-edge dental technology.
There will be wellness and social activities over the three days, to offer you a little break of the mind and body.
- Wednesday night will kick off the convention with Manitoba night at the Yellow Belly. Come and experience a taste of Manitoba right here in NL.
- Thursday night we will have an opening reception for everyone to attend and will be in the exhibit hall, so a great time to have a drink and walk around to view the exhibits.
- After the opening reception, we will head to George Street for The Pub Crawl. This was a hit in 2015 and many have told me they look forward to it again.
- There will be a black-tie dinner Friday evening followed by a local theatre group, who will put off a Newfoundland and Labrador Showcase of songs, comedy, and stories.
- We will end the convention with a private concert highlighting an internationally known Newfoundland and Labrador artist. This artist and their band will surely get you all up dancing for the night!
Back in 2015, we had 1,700 people attend the convention and in 2025 we are looking to see over 2,500 attend. This is a great time to catch up with old classmates, colleagues, and friends while also getting your CE and enjoying social events in the evening.
