Culinary Medicine in Your Own Kitchen

About this Seminar

The food you eat is foundational for your overall health. Learn ways to optimize the foods you already eat and understand ways to include others. Every mouthful counts towards your health goals. Food choices impact inflammation, blood pressure, your immune system, your moods and much more. Eating with power, pleasure and purpose makes all the difference.

This plain-speaking presentation will help you expand your point of view on choosing the food you eat. Nutritional density and habitual toxic behaviors will be examined. You will dive into the sugar bowl and look at strategies for life with food rather than "die-t." The dental office can exemplify healthy living. Continuing along your own personal path makes it easier to share nutritional information with your patients.
